David S. Fowler “Mick”
Vice President
Mick is responsible for all operations of WMAN. Coming from the Fowler Agency, a WMAN member, Mick has a deep understanding of what an insurance agency needs to grow and prosper and how to utilize the resources of WMAN, SIAA and their Partner Companies.Having been involved with insurance all his life, Mick’s insurance experience includes sales, marketing, rating, underwriting, claims and more. He has worked with small agencies and large international insurance brokerage operations, including the purchase and sale of several insurance agencies.
As an attorney, Mick spent 20 years defending insurance companies and insureds. He also advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and the sale of agencies. In addition to owning and/or partnering in several law firms, Mick worked with, owned and invested in businesses in multiple industries. He has owned and operated capital equipment leasing companies.
He works each day to share his knowledge and experience to help WMAN members maximize their growth, profits, agency value, and long term success.
Mick graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. and the University of Detroit with a J.D.

Sabrusue (Sam) Miller

Sam Miller started as a Commercial Lines Underwriter in 1970 and retired as a Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter in 2010. The years in between were at 3 major companies: Home Insurance, Hartford, and Travelers. The experience has given Sam an excellent background of coverages, exposures and understanding of the insurance markets. Serving our members remains a top priority, whether through helping place risks with just the right market or giving back some of the accumulated knowledge.AccessPlus

Amanda Cormier

Amanda Cormier has 13 years of insurance experience. She started off in personal lines processing claims and eventually evolved into an account manager. Seven years ago she made the switch to commercial lines as an account manager and spent two years as a Lawyer's Professional Liability Underwriter for Hanover Insurance Group. Amanda uses her experience and knowledge to assist WMAN members place business through WMAN’s AccessPlus program.AccessPlus
